The Physical Therapist will provide home-based physical therapy services, focusing on rehabilitation, recovery, and improving quality of life by developing and implementing personalized treatment plans. Key duties include conducting patient evaluations, implementing therapeutic interventions like exercises and manual therapy, educating patients/families, and documenting progress.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school approved by the American Physical Therapy Association and hold an active Registered PT license in the state of practice, along with current CPR/BLS Certification and a valid Driver's License. One year of physical therapy experience in a teaching or clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory.
