The Registered Nurse will deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care, developing and adjusting individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities also include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, supervising caregivers, providing patient/family education, and maintaining thorough documentation.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing program and hold an active RN license in the state served, with at least one year of nursing experience (Home Health preferred). Required qualifications include strong critical thinking, clinical expertise, case management skills, CPR/BLS certification, and a valid driver's license.
Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care tailored to each patient’s needs. Develop and adjust individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Supervise your own caseload, nurturing the growth and development of LPNs, LVNs, and Home Health Aides, to facilitate and cultivate a team of caregivers. Provide education and support to patients and their families. Maintain thorough documentation to meet regulatory and operational standards. Utilize the latest technology and best practices to enhance patient care.
