The technologist will produce diagnostic images using various modalities like X-rays, CT, and MRI, ensuring accurate results for diagnosis and management of patient conditions. Responsibilities include performing imaging examinations, maintaining high image quality, and adhering strictly to radiation safety protocols for patients and self.
Candidates must have a minimum of one year of current experience performing CT and Radiographic procedures specifically in an emergency room setting and must be a graduate of an accredited 2-year Radiology Technology school. Required credentials include AZ DHS CRT and CTCT licenses, national ARRT certification (CT), and AHA Basic Life Support certification.
