Registered Nurses are responsible for coordinating, supervising, and implementing patient care based on competence, professional expertise, and evidence-based practice within a Medical-Surgical-Oncology-Telemetry unit. Duties include delivering care to 4-6 patients per shift, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with various healthcare professionals.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing and possess an active AZ RN license or a license from a Compact State, along with BLS certification and ACLS certification for monitored areas. Preferred qualifications include Chemotherapy certification, one year of recent acute care experience, and a BSN.
