Direct Support Professional- AFL provider (Alternative family living)

Overview

• Alternative Family Living provider (AFL provider) Entry level job applicants are welcome!
• We are hiring compassionate, hard working, friendly and reliable AFL providers who will work with individuals with intellectual and/ or developmental disabilities. (I/DD) If you don't have previous I/DD experience, we'll provide training!
• Primary Purpose of Provider: This position provides support and care for the consumer living in the AFL provider's home.
• The AFL Provider implements activities as outlined in the Individual Service Plan prepared.
• All activities are documented daily.

Qualifications

18 years of age or older High School diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license You might be driving to client's home or with client, so a reliable form of transportation This is where we need you!
