The primary responsibility is to deliver quality, one-on-one, outcomes-driven Physical Therapy services, which includes documenting patient care using web-based software and conducting patient and family education. This role also requires displaying strong skills in flexibility, time management, and communication while overseeing documentation compliance.
Candidates must possess a degree from a CAPTE accredited school and hold or be eligible for Physical Therapy licensure in Indiana, along with Basic Life Support certification. Experience requirements include one year of outpatient experience, though new graduates with appropriate clinical rotations will also be considered.
