The Advanced Practice Provider reports to clinical leadership and collaborates with center teams and medical directors to provide primary and urgent care services to residents in skilled nursing centers. Responsibilities include achieving the mission of improving lives through high-quality healthcare delivery and compassion.
Candidates must be a graduate from an accredited PA program, pass the PANCE, and hold PA state licensure and NCCPA certification. A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred, though new graduates are welcome.
