Therapist – young adult ios – allhealth network

Our Young Adult Intensive Outpatient Services (IOS) team provides structured, collaborative, and recovery‑focused care to young adults who need a higher level of support than traditional outpatient services.
As an IOS Therapist, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team delivering therapeutic services, care coordination, and clinical documentation to support stabilization, engagement, and ongoing recovery.
What you’ll do
Provide individual and group therapeutic interventions to young adult clients receiving IOS level of care
Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory, contractual, and organizational standards
Coordinate care internally and externally to support continuity across physical health, behavioral health, and community services
Participate actively in a team‑based, integrated model of care to promote positive clinical outcomes
Meet established productivity standards while maintaining quality, ethical, and client‑centered care
Collaborate closely with nurses, medical providers, care managers, and other interdisciplinary team members
What you bring
A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field.
Active licensure OR registration as a candidate pursuing licensure in the state of Colorado.
Exposure to or experience working in a clinical setting in the behavioral health field, including assessment, evaluation and therapeutic engagement of diverse clients; use of evidence-based counseling models and techniques that match presenting problems; good diagnostic skills and treatment/care planning; and the ability to work with clinical documentation and electronic health records (EHR).
Knowledge of DSM V and working principles of recovery and trauma-informed care in treatment planning and in direct care.

Compensation
$60,000 - 63,000 for unlicensed
$68,000 -$72,000 for an LPC, LCSW or LMFT depending on experience and/or licensure
AllHealth Network also provides a 10% compensation differential for individuals who are bilingual in English and Spanish (language proficiency testing required)
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the allhealth network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the allhealth network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of allhealth networks’ total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-Term and long-Term incentives as well as a generous benefits package detailed below.
