The Outpatient Care Behavioral Health Provider will be a core member of the Outpatient Behavioral Health (OBH) team. The licensed clinician will provide therapy using evidence-based treatments for adults, children, and families, developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team. You will work in an outpatient, clinic-based environment — with no after-hours on call, weekends, or major holiday shifts — allowing you to focus on what truly matters: providing quality care and achieving work-life balance.
Graduate degree (master's or doctorate) from a counseling program approved by COAMFTE or CACREP; a program at an institution of higher learning accredited by a regional accrediting agency; or a foreign program that has been evaluated by a credentialing body recognized by the Board. Current and active Oregon licensure as an LMFT (required) Demonstrated skill in providing behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning Commitment to compassionate, culturally responsive care Accepted Licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Choice of 4 x 10-hour shifts or 5 x 8-hour shifts Days only, Monday through Friday No weekends or on-call requirements
