The primary duties involve assisting dentists during clinical procedures, preparing and cleaning treatment rooms, and managing patient records and sterilization protocols. Assistants will also support front-desk operations and educate patients on post-treatment care.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, along with strong communication and teamwork skills, reliability, and a strong willingness to learn, as training is provided for entry-level applicants. A background check and valid driver’s license are also mandatory for employment.
