The counselor will provide direct counseling services, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, to assigned clients to promote long-term recovery. This role involves partnering with clinical leadership to maintain a therapeutic environment, assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and documenting all services provided.
Candidates must possess a Master's Degree and hold one of several specific licenses, including LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or LCADC. The role requires performing detailed client assessments using DSM and ASAM criteria and maintaining thorough clinical documentation.

As a Counselor, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by providing counseling services to your assigned clients including individual, family/group therapy sessions, and promoting an environment of long-term recovery. You will partner with the Clinical Director and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.
