The Counselor provides direct counseling services to assigned clients, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, while promoting long-term recovery. This role involves partnering with clinical leadership to maintain a therapeutic environment, assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and documenting all services provided.
Candidates must possess a Master's Degree and hold one of several specified licenses, such as LPCC, LCSW, or LCADC. Required duties include assessing substance abuse using DSM criteria, determining appropriate levels of care based on ASAM criteria, and managing client caseloads and documentation.

You will partner with the Clinical Director and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.
