Clinicians will provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families across all ages, managing a diverse caseload focused on mental health, behavioral health, and substance use services. Services will be delivered across various settings including in-office, telehealth, and community locations to break down barriers to care.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a relevant mental health field such as Counseling Psychology or Social Work, along with completion of a full-time clinical internship. Applicants must be licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts and have reliable transportation.
$60,000–$65,000, plus a $6,000 sign-on bonus. Bring your passion and expertise to a dynamic, mission-driven team! Our clinicians make a difference every day by providing mental health, behavioral health, and substance use services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. Whether in the office, in the community, or via telehealth, you’ll help break down barriers to care and create meaningful change for children, adolescents, and adults. What You’ll Do Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families of all ages — from young children and adolescents to adults and geriatrics. Manage a diverse caseload (25 billable hours weekly) that may include trauma, co-occurring disorders, addictions, anxiety, depression, and more. Deliver services in-office, via telehealth, and in community settings such as schools, shelters, residential programs, and client homes. Expand access for underserved populations by reducing barriers, preventing missed appointments, and building trust in natural environments.
At present, the caseload is more focused on child/adolescent.
Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Social Work (LCSW), or related field. Completion of a full-time clinical internship in a mental health setting. Licensed or license-eligible in MA. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills with a compassionate, client-centered approach.
