The Clinical Laboratory Scientist II supports the development and implementation of new diagnostic assays while working independently under director guidance. This role involves performing assay and equipment validation, authoring standard operating procedures, and developing training and competency documents to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
A minimum of one year of Clinical Laboratory experience is required, along with a Bachelor's degree in Biological Science and a California Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS) license. Candidates must possess exceptional communication, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in relevant computer systems.
