Successful candidates need a strong work ethic, compassion, dependability, and integrity, although prior caregiver experience is helpful but not required as training is provided. Applicants must possess a State ID, a second form of ID, pass a TB test and drug test, and potentially have Home Care Aide Registration and Car Insurance if applicable.
Description As you know if you’ve already worked as a caregiver, caregiving can be a demanding job that requires compassion, patience, and sometimes the willingness to work nights or weekends.
