The Direct Support Professional (DSP) will provide direct care and support to a client with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), assisting with daily living activities and routines. Responsibilities also include supporting community engagement and ensuring the client’s safety, comfort, and well-being while documenting services.
Candidates should ideally have experience working with individuals with IDD, demonstrating compassion, reliability, and patience. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow care plans and instructions are necessary, with a high school diploma or equivalent being preferred.
We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide support for a client with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in Norristown, PA. Responsibilities: Provide direct care and support to a client with IDD
Assist with daily living activities and routines
Support community engagement and social activities
Ensure the client’s safety, comfort, and well-being
Follow care plans and document services as required
Requirements: Experience working with individuals with IDD preferred

Strong communication skills

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Schedule: Approximately 30–35 hours per week
