In this CNA role, you will work alongside a highly trained nursing team and a broad interdisciplinary care team dedicated to delivering safe, specialized, and patient-centered care for patients and their families.
How you'll contribute A CNA who excels in this role: Performs basic patient care activities as delegated and supervised by an RN or LPN, including monitoring vital signs, taking blood glucose measurements and recording intake and output.
Assists patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, eating, and ambulation.
Reports abnormal findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
Assists with keeping patient rooms and common areas stocked, clean, and orderly.
Participates in performance improvement and continuing education.
Provides quality patient care; works flexible shifts or units as needed Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
Performs other duties as assigned.
What we're looking for High School diploma preferred Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of Arizona required BLS certification required Handle with Care certification preferred Comfortable with frequent standing, walking, lifting/moving patients, and repetitive hard/arm movements.
