Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old, with six months of human services experience preferred. A valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and insurance are required if transportation is provided, along with completion of all mandated state training.

Transport clients to appointments using company vehicles
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
Provide wheelchair assistance and ensure safe mobility
Offer companionship and meaningful social interaction
Help maintain the safety and well-being of each individual served
Use proper lifting and body mechanics to safely assist clients
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
6 months – 1 year of caregiving or human services experience preferred but not required
Valid, non-probationary driver’s license held for at least 1 year with no restrictions
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to pass a background check
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to supporting others
Ability to safely bend, lift, and assist individuals with mobility Preliminary Requirements:
