The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide care to seniors and individuals with illnesses, injuries, or chronic diseases in their homes, assisting with daily activities like bathing, grooming, and monitoring vital signs. They will also collaborate with the home health team to ensure the patient's care plan is followed and report any necessary changes to the supervisor.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent along with an active Nursing Assistant Certification in Georgia, current hands-on CPR certification, and a TB Screening. A valid GA driver's license, auto insurance, transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are also mandatory.
