The Therapist is responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing clinical counseling services for consumers and their families within the outpatient mental health program. This includes maintaining treatment records, coordinating aftercare and discharge planning, and collaborating with the treatment team and community resources.
Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in a counseling field and be licensed to practice therapy in New Jersey, holding either an LPC or LCSW credential. At least one year of post-graduate experience is preferred.

Plans for discharge and aftercare Maintains contact with referring agencies, treatment team providers, and related people, and with the community resources used for referral Maintains treatment records Assesses and interprets data about the consumer’s status in order to identify each consumer’s needs and provide the appropriate care, including age-related care, needed by the consumer group
