The therapist plans and implements clinical counseling services for consumers and families within an outpatient program. Responsibilities include maintaining treatment records, assessing consumer needs, and coordinating discharge and aftercare plans.
A Master's degree in a counseling field and a New Jersey LAC license are required. At least one year of experience is preferred.

Legacy Treatment Services offers outpatient mental health services for those who could benefit from improvements in mental and behavioral health. Our Outpatient Program offers a comprehensive and personalized approach to mental illness.
Plans for discharge and aftercare Maintains contact with referring agencies, treatment team providers, and related people, and with the community resources used for referral Maintains treatment records Assesses and interprets data about the consumer’s status in order to identify each consumer’s needs and provide the appropriate care, including age-related care, needed by the consumer group
