The role involves providing personal care and assisting patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) under the supervision of a nurse, while maintaining a safe environment and collaborating with the transdisciplinary team in various settings. Responsibilities also include performing simple procedures like wound/skin/bowel care, recording observations, and attending required meetings and training sessions.
Candidates must be a state-tested nursing assistant in good standing and proficient in reading and writing English; equivalent education or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications unless legally prohibited. Employment is conditional upon compliance with flu shot policy, maintaining active auto insurance and a driver's license, and providing proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
