Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Full-Time Position

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Psychologist will provide comprehensive mental health services, assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups under the Chief Behavioral Health Officer's direction. Responsibilities include conducting 1-hour intakes, with session lengths varying for adults (30 minutes) and children (45 minutes), focusing on mild to moderate concerns in an FQHC setting.

Applicants must possess a Master’s degree in social work and a California license for clinical social work, along with proof of Covid vaccination and sensitivity to multicultural concerns. While prior work experience beyond licensure is preferred, bilingual proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
