The Occupational Therapist will provide skilled therapy services to pediatric patients (birth to 21), which includes evaluating, developing, and modifying treatment plans based on patient needs. Key duties involve assessing functional status, instructing patients and families, and maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation.
Candidates must possess an active Texas Occupational Therapy or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License, along with a relevant degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate) from an accredited university. Successful completion of an internship, passing the entry-level certification exam (NBCOT/AOTCB/AOTA), and having reliable transportation are also mandatory.
