The therapist will conduct thorough patient diagnostic evaluations, treat PTSD using evidence-based psychotherapies like CPT, and spend 29 hours per week in direct patient care within an intensive treatment model. Responsibilities also include managing clinical risk, leading skills groups, and ensuring accurate documentation records are maintained.
Applicants must hold active licensure in California, possess a PhD with at least 2 years post-graduate clinical experience or be an independently licensed master-level clinician, and be able to work PST hours. Outstanding clinical skills, including CPT delivery and diagnostic ability, are required, along with comfort managing moderate to high-risk patients.

Nema Health is an early stage clinic looking to build and grow nationally. This is a fully remote, full-time, exempt, salaried position reporting directly to the Clinical Supervisor. Compensation will be determined by the candidate's experience. The full-time compensation package will include a $90,000+ salary range, generous PTO, a healthcare stipend, an education stipend, 401K with match and paid parental leave.
