The LPN is responsible for providing basic medical services, maintaining professional nursing standards, and safely delivering medication to patients in an outpatient addiction recovery setting. This includes maintaining thorough documentation of patient records and medical files according to State and Federal regulations.
Candidates must be a Licensed Practical Nurse licensed in the state of employment and a graduate of an accredited nursing school. Required knowledge includes regulations for infection control, quality assurance, and patient care compliance, along with current CPR/First Aid/BLS certification.
M-F 5: 30am-2p and rotating Saturdays 6am-9a
