As a Phlebotomist II Float, the role involves varied work by frequently shifting to new patient centers, providing diverse and dynamic daily experiences. This position requires meeting new people continually while performing phlebotomy duties across different locations.
Candidates must possess a state phlebotomy license, with specific exclusions noted for NHA licenses in certain states, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required. A minimum of three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections, is mandatory.
This position requires you to have a state phlebotomy license. (Quest does not accept NHA licenses in CA, WA, NV).

$31.20 - $35.25 / hour
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
