The Registered Nurse provides and monitors safe, cost-effective patient care according to organizational policies, floating to assigned areas as requested. Key duties include reviewing medical records, interviewing patients, assessing conditions, preparing treatment rooms, assisting physicians, administering medication, initiating IV lines, and responding to life-saving situations.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and be a graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, along with five years of RN experience required. Essential certifications include a current California RN License, AHA BLS Healthcare, current ACLS Certification, and IV experience.
