The Registered Nurse is responsible for overseeing patient care throughout the entire surgical process by conducting assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This oversight must adhere to organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing and possess a current North Carolina RN License. Required certifications include BLS upon hire, with PALS and ACLS required within six months, and one year of clinical experience is necessary for charge responsibilities.
