The primary responsibility involves providing professional nursing care within the assigned unit and coordinating the plan of care with the patient, family, and the interdisciplinary team. The role also ensures appropriate resources are available to all internal and external customers while upholding the mission and quality commitment of Houston Healthcare.
Candidates must be a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and possess a current US state RN license authorized to practice in Georgia, along with current AHA/ARC BLS certification. Additional requirements include obtaining PALS, ACLS/ALS, CPT training, and Rhythm Interpretation Course completion within specified timeframes after hire.
