The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for creating, coordinating, and monitoring staffing and scheduling in collaboration with the Nursing Supervisor, Clinical Managers, Assist Managers, and Charge Nurses. This role also promotes safe and efficient throughput functions within the organization.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or GED and a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience. Required abilities include strong critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, knowledge of healthcare systems, and proficiency with software applications like Excel and Word.
The Staffing Coordinator works with the Nursing Supervisor, Clinical Managers, Assist Managers, and Charge Nurses to create, coordinate, and monitor staffing and scheduling for the organization while promoting safe and efficient throughput functions.
