The Licensed Practical Nurse will administer/dispense methadone or buprenorphine according to regulations, schedule necessary client appointments, and maintain updated medical records. They will also monitor detoxification clients, initiate appropriate medical responses, and assist with purchasing medical supplies.
Applicants must be a Licensed Practical Nurse licensed in the state of employment and comfortable working independently with the patient population when required. Compliance with Medication-Assisted Treatment program protocols is mandatory for this role.
