As a Staff Nurse (RN), the individual will be a key player in the patient care team, responsible for prescribing, coordinating, and evaluating patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members. This involves strictly following the nursing process and established standards of care and practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing, holding at least an Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s preferred), and possess a current Arkansas nursing license or eligibility for one, along with current CPR or BLS certification. Preferred qualifications include one year of experience in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Associate’s Degree required. Current license to practice nursing in Arkansas (or eligible to receive or renew). Current CPR or BLS certification. Ability to work harmoniously and effectively with patients, families, visitors and staff. Must be able to work as a team with all staff/coworkers and maintain the ability to treat all patients with respect.
