The Advanced Practice Provider will deliver high-quality, patient-centered healthcare in a same-day access primary care setting, involving the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients across the lifespan for acute, chronic, and preventive needs. Essential functions include providing timely evaluation and management for same-day care issues, conducting comprehensive assessments, and developing evidence-based treatment plans.
Candidates must possess current, unrestricted state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate, along with a DEA license and prescriptive authority as per state law. A minimum of two years of experience in primary care, emergency care, or urgent care serving patients across the full lifespan is required, along with graduation from an accredited NP or PA program.

Current, unrestricted state licensure as NP or PA DEA license and prescriptive authority in accordance with state law Certification by a nationally recognized accrediting body (e.g. AANP, ANCC, NCCPA) Current BLS or ACLS Minimum of 2 years of experience in primary care, emergency care, or urgent care setting with patients across the full lifespan.
