The role involves assisting clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities with daily living activities, promoting their independence, and helping them achieve personal goals in a safe setting. Responsibilities include providing physical and emotional support, integrated healthcare recommendations, behavioral interventions, transportation, housekeeping, and personal care assistance.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check, possessing at least one year of experience supporting an individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities, which can include personal family experience. A valid driver's license, auto insurance, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs are also mandatory.

We are seeking compassionate, reliable and flexible Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in providing support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a DSP, you will assist clients with daily living activities, promoting independence and helping them achieve personal goals in a safe and supportive environment. DSP's must be patient, dependable and passionate about making a positive impact in others' lives.
Ideal candidates are open to shifts that may include days, evenings, weekends, and overnights. Paid training is provided.
Work Locations: TERREBONNE/CRR, REDMOND, BEND, SISTERS, MADRAS, PRINEVILLE, SUNRIVER, LA PINE (depending on your preference)
