The role involves conducting functional behavior assessments for adults with developmental disabilities or traumatic injury, including both direct and indirect methods. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing behavior support plans to replace problem behaviors with appropriate alternatives and monitoring individual progress monthly.
Candidates must be licensed through the NC Behavior Analyst Licensure Board and must reside in North Carolina. The position requires implementing and training staff on behavior support plans using instruction, modeling, rehearsal, and feedback.
