QMAs will provide medications and nursing care to residents under the supervision of the community nurse. They are responsible for administering medications, observing effects, and documenting care.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and complete a state-approved medication administration course. Certification as a CNA and knowledge of medication administration equipment is also required.
