Provide comprehensive care to patients with heart-related conditions and collaborate with cardiologists to develop treatment plans. Conduct diagnostic tests and educate patients about cardiovascular health.
Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility and hold an active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license. A Master's Degree in Nursing and CPR certification are also required.
