The Residential Rehabilitation Specialist will assist with daily household tasks and support individuals living with mental illness in their recovery. Responsibilities include managing residential operations, supporting clients in achieving personal goals, and ensuring safety during emergencies.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have a valid driver's license with auto insurance. Certifications in CPR, MOAB, and He-M 1202 are required or must be obtained.

Riverbend Community Mental Health—a leading private, nonprofit organization in Central New Hampshire—is seeking compassionate, energetic Residential Rehabilitation Specialists to join our dedicated team. We provide high-quality, specialized behavioral health and addiction treatment, and we need you to help us empower individuals in our residential program.
What We’re Looking For: A passion for the mental health field and helping others thrive. Strong interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse population. Reliability, patience, and a positive, team-focused attitude. Previous experience in mental health or direct care setting is a plus! What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Rehabilitation, or Human Services is required. A valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance with minimum coverage of 100,00/300,00 are essential. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, allowing us to meet the needs of those we serve. CPR certification is required, or a willingness to obtain certification as part of your professional development. MOAB (Management of Aggressive Behavior) certification is necessary, or the ability to pursue this certification. He-M 1202 (Medication Management) certification is required, or the capability to achieve this certification.
