What we’re looking for

• Applicants should have a current Physical Therapist License in Tennessee in addition to:
• Education: Bachelor's Degree Required
• Licenses: Physical Therapist License in state of Tennessee
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) obtain within 30 days of hire
