The Back Office Medical Assistant will perform routine patient data collection, room patients for endocrine/ultrasound appointments, and prepare necessary equipment and paperwork for various procedures like HSG and IUI. Responsibilities also include sterilizing instruments, charting patient care accurately in the EMR, and assisting providers during procedures.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma and completion of an accredited medical assistant program with a certificate, along with current CPR certification. Preferred qualifications include one year of medical office experience, preferably in Ob-Gyn, and experience with phlebotomy and EMR systems.
