Respiratory Therapists provide quality care from first breath to last breath for a diverse patient population, ranging from premature infants to the elderly, within a 489-bed hospital setting. They are integral to lifesaving response teams during patient emergencies, delivering both inpatient and outpatient services.
Candidates must graduate from a two or four-year Respiratory Care Program and obtain Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) status, with Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) status required within two years of hire. A current MN Respiratory Therapist license, AHA BLS certification, and specific advanced certifications (NRP, PALS, ACLS) within set timeframes are mandatory.

To be eligible for recruitment incentives you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Previous CentraCare/Carris employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire. Bonus amounts may differ based on full-time and part-time status.
Must accept a position that offers benefits. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud, Minnesota and relocate to within 30 miles of any of those locations any time before and no later than 120 days after you start work. May not have worked for CentraCare in the past nine months.
