This role involves performing administrative activities related to patient office visits, such as scheduling and general office support. The incumbent will actively participate as a healthcare team member to coordinate patient care by engaging patients, families, and caregivers.
Minimum requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent, with preference given to completion of a Medical Office Professional program. Candidates should possess at least one year of experience, preferably in a medical or clinical setting, along with excellent customer service skills and knowledge of medical terminology.
Performs administrative activities associated with patient office visits. Actively participates as a member of the healthcare team to engage patients, families, and caregivers in the coordination of patient care.

Receives general supervision from the Practice Manager.
