The physician will join an established team of two physicians and one advanced practice provider, managing an existing patient panel with opportunities for growth. The role includes an after-hours call schedule of 1:10 and adherence to clinic hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Required qualifications include being a licensed physician in the current state, licensed by the DEA and State of Illinois for prescribing narcotics if applicable, and being board certified or eligible in the appropriate specialty. Candidates must also obtain and maintain medical staff membership and be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
