The technologist is responsible for performing various radiographic services, which includes positioning the patient correctly before exposures. They must also operate and maintain all required radiographic equipment.
Candidates need a High School Diploma or GED and less than one year of radiological experience or formal training. Required credentials include BLS certification, a Florida State License, and ARRT certification or proof of program completion with a temporary license.
Performs various radiographic service (i.e., positions patient prior to performing radiographic exposures, operates and maintains all radiographic equipment).
