The Nurse, under direct supervision, uses clinical judgment to assess and implement treatment plans for patients in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. The RN assesses, monitors, detects, plans, and takes action to prevent physiological complications associated with specific health problems and medical treatments.
Candidates must possess an Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing and hold a Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license, along with a valid MI Driver's License. New graduates are accepted, but experienced RNs are expected to work autonomously, and BLS certification is required within 90 days.
