The technician will provide essential personal and medical care support to patients recovering from brain or spinal cord injuries, including assistance with bathing, medication management, and basic wound care. They will also facilitate prescribed physical and occupational therapy exercises and document patient progress while fostering a positive, therapeutic atmosphere.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, and while healthcare experience is preferred, it is not required, making this an ideal entry-level role. Applicants must also be able to lift 50 pounds, commit to scheduled shifts, and obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
