The program includes: 18-28 weeks of practice-based orientation focused on hands-on clinical training, where new nurses work closely with experienced preceptors to build their skills gradually. Work beside your peers on Professional Development activities, including workshops and courses, and the completion of an Evidence-Based Project. Ongoing mentorship beyond the first year to continue professional growth and support.

They are expected to demonstrate the appropriate competency in both core and functional areas, listed below.
