The Registered Nurse will deliver compassionate, high-quality care by leveraging expertise for individualized assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. Responsibilities include managing patient needs across physical, psychological, and spiritual dimensions, and collaborating within an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
Candidates must possess at least one year of Registered Nurse experience and an Associate's degree or Diploma in Nursing, with a requirement to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) within two years of hire. A current Texas RN license and Basic Life Support (CPR) certification are mandatory.
