PRN Speech Language Pathologist

The Speech Language Pathologist will perform evaluations, develop individualized care plans, and provide skilled speech language pathology services focused on functional and measurable outcomes for adult and geriatric patients. Responsibilities also include treating various disorders like dysphagia and cognitive deficits, participating in discharge planning, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program and hold or be eligible for a Speech Language Pathologist license in the applicable state. Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation is preferred, along with strong clinical reasoning and organizational skills.
